nextLEVEL test systems are built with a modular architecture. When needed, they can be deployed as distributed systems and expanded with additional modules, allowing the solution to grow seamlessly alongside your application.
The switch matrix in every nextLEVEL system is designed as a single-point matrix. This architecture provides maximum flexibility when routing test points — whether individually or in groups.
19″ rack systems supporting voltages up to 3,000 volts DC (VDC) for insulation and connectivity testing, as well as component or functional tests with currents up to 5 amperes (A).
Programmable outputs delivering 0–20 volts (V) or 0–50 volts at
0–20 milliamps (mA) up to 0–5,000 milliamps — fully adjustable.
Remotely trigger test start/abort and control auxiliary equipment such as feeders or contacting devices. Provides eight outputs and eight inputs, and can be scaled to more than 2,000 signals by chaining multiple devices.
As an alternative to the IO8 module, your existing Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) can be addressed or polled directly to handle machine control and monitoring tasks.
